Hey, I haven't had the time to make a video for the series, but I hope to get back on track. Anyway, I thought I would at least type up my results for you here. This is really the first week of training. First week of July, I was sick and the second week I was at Harvey Cedars. These are my results over the past week.

Tuesday 7/19: Bike: 11.5 Miles; 51:34; 13.4 MPH/avg
Wednesday 7/20: Run: 4.54 Miles; 43:50; 9:38 Minute/Mile Pace. Chest Workout
Thursday 7/21: Tempo Run: 1.8 mi; 13:11; .3 mi/7min/mi; .3 mi/9min/mi (3x)
Friday 7/22: Ab Workout
Saturday 7/23: Leg Workout
