I have a pretty good running loop. Minimal cars, good views, and a distance I'm comfortable running. This is my famous 4.5 mi loop. It was crucial in the Sub :55 1/4 Marathon and Half-Marathon training. My next goal will be running this loop every day for the next two weeks! At the end of the two weeks, it will be Thanksgiving. On Thanksgiving, Adelyn and I (and anyone else who wants to join) will be running a 5K. The main point of this goal is not to break a record, but to continue running each day.
